Welcome to the King's College London Language Society!

Being able to speak more than one language is becoming increasingly valuable these days, whether it be for professional or personal reasons - from boosting your CV to making things a little less awkward with your new Dutch girlfriend.

Sadly, learning a language in London is anything but cheap. But luckily for you, KCL is home to an incredible international community; we at the KCL Language Society are here to help you benefit from it!

• For just £12 for the year, you can learn the language and culture from native speakers in a personalised, close-knit group. In exchange, all we ask is that you do the same!

• You don't need to be bilingual - we're always on the lookout for English tutors! All in all, it's a learning experience that a lot of people find themselves spending a great deal of money on, yet it's available to you for next to nothing.

• Depending on demand, we also have the resources to provide professional language tuition should members wish to take their learning to the next level. We will also host language-themed events (including movie nights and evenings out at swish locations), so that you'll be able to mix with people of similar interests from all over the world. We'll also provide a network for you to integrate yourself into, so that you might be able to immerse yourself into language long after you leave university.
